What these controls do
- Manage Cookie Preferences — Opens our consent tool (CMP) so you can allow/deny non‑essential cookies (analytics, ads, personalization) and withdraw consent at any time (GDPR/UK GDPR/EEA).
- Do Not Sell or Share — For California (CCPA/CPRA). Opts you out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross‑context behavioral advertising. You may still see ads, but they should be less personalized.
- Limit Sensitive Personal Information — If we process any sensitive PI as defined by CPRA, this directs us to limit its use to permitted purposes.

Region‑specific notes
- EEA/UK: We request consent for non‑essential cookies. You can withdraw consent via “Manage Cookie Preferences.”
- California: Use “Do Not Sell or Share” and “Limit Sensitive PI” above to exercise CPRA choices. We do not sell personal information for money.
- Other regions: You can still manage cookies and use the global ad opt‑outs below.

Submit a privacy request (access, delete, correct)
If you are in the EEA/UK (GDPR) or California (CCPA/CPRA), or applicable regions, you may request access, deletion, correction, or portability of your personal information.
- Email: contact@gicra.com with subject “Privacy Request”.
- Tell us what you’re requesting (access/copy, delete, correct, opt‑out) and provide enough information to verify your identity (we use your data only to verify and fulfill the request).
- Authorized agents may act on your behalf with proof of authorization.
We aim to respond within 30 days (GDPR) or 45 days (CCPA/CPRA), extendable as permitted by law.
